Six Arabian Beauty Secrets Every Woman Should Know}

Submitted by: Danica Reynes

There are several pieces of advice that women in the Middle East will give those who desire to increase their internal and external beauty: eat right and avoid stress; do not go outside in the mid-day sunlight, and if you do, make sure your skin is covered; if you use makeup ensure that you trust the brands you use; and consider whether your natural looks might be enhanced by cosmetic surgery.

Females of Arabic descent are renowned for their attractiveness and grace. Studies also reveal that Arab women have the healthiest and youngest looking skin around the globe. Here are a few beauty suggestions from Arabian women that will help you become more beautiful:

Consume nutritious food in order to feel and look great

Most Arab women find that a healthy diet works best when it comes to looking and feeling great. Cut down on processed foods, choosing more fresh produce as an alternative. As much as possible, take time to buy fresh meat from the market and cook your own food at home rather than buying fast foods. This way, you will get the right energy and nutrients you need for your daily activities and to stay healthy.

Enjoy some spa relaxation to improve how you feel

Many Arab women from the Middle East regularly visit spas to revitalize their skin. A spa is a great place to go to relax, and by lowering your stress you will also reduce the effects of aging, since the two are correlated. They primarily utilize masks and steam cleansing for their body, especially in the facial area. In addition, they are convinced of the advantages of Argan oil for healthy hair and skin. Argan oil, which is typically found in Morocco, contains a number of elements including vitamin E, phenolic acid, carotenes, phenols, squalene and a host of fatty acids that repair dry and damaged hair and rehydrate the skin. Argan oil keeps the skin looking fresher and younger than most women their age.

Remain out of the sunlight’s range during its hours of greatest intensity

You skin requires some consideration so it can stay protected and young looking. The Arab women believe that it helps a lot to stay indoors when the sun is at its peak. The sun’s heat can become very scorching, destroying skin cells and hastening aging. Always apply sunscreen to shield your exposed skin from the sun when you go sunbathing, go swimming or go out at noontime.

Wearing clothes that cover the skin offers added protection

Females in Arab countries wear concealing clothes and scarves to protect their skin. It is recommended that you wear scarves, hats, and the right clothing to cover your skin from the sun’s heat, dust, and other dirt that may harm your skin.

Choose only trusted makeup brands to protect your face

Don’t buy cheap products when you use makeup. You don’t need to purchase the ones that are expensive, but surely don’t buy the low standard brands. The Arabian woman’s secret to protecting her attractive, youthful face lays in her use of superior quality make-up brands.

Plastic surgery is one choice people consider to try to regain their beauty

Arab women put much effort in looking youthful and attractive whether it be in using natural cosmetics or surgery. Women of notoriety or wealth are usually the women who normally choose to have breast implants, liposuction and anti-aging treatments.

If you desire to be as pretty and healthy as Arab females, stay natural always. Choose naturally healthy foods, natural oils and other ingredients for cosmetic treatments, and other natural ways to keep your skin and body protected. Synthetic varieties may damage your skin or body. It is important to choose only the finest synthetic oils to avoid problems.

Nebraska senators may not support stimulus plan

Friday, January 30, 2009

The two federal senators of Nebraska are not sure if they will be backing President Barack Obama’s $819 billion dollar stimulus plan, in spite of approval of the bill given by the House of Representatives on Wednesday. The bill will support Nebraska with around $378 million to help the state budget for the next two years, and will also give the state an extra $230 million to be spent on infrastructure construction and repair.

Nebraskan Sen. Ben Nelson (Democrat) said allotting $1.1 billion for medical research was troublesome. Nelson wants to see more jobs created for Nebraskans, and believes the bill is not truly stimulus, but rather constitutes additional spending. Republican Sen. Mike Johanns agreed mostly with Nelson, but also pointed out the stimulus money for the National Endowment for the Arts as a form of job creation.

Nelson stated that Nebraska will receive around $250 million dollars for highway construction from the stimulus plan, with no need for the state to match the funding. Around 27 billion dollars in highway funds are found in stimulus appropriations, which Nelson said he supported as a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee. The package is also said to set aside money to help build hospitals in rural areas, as well as community health centers. Money for the construction and repair of veterans medical facilities, and funding to help drinking and wastewater infrastructure are also included.

Sen. Johanns commented that he thinks none of it will be paid for, but instead will be funded by floating debt.

Honda wins car, truck of the year, unveils Fit

Monday, January 9, 2006

Honda’s Civic and Ridgeline truck won the North American Car and Truck of the Year awards at the International Auto Show in Detroit. This is the first time a company has won both awards in the same year. The finalists were the Ridgeline, the Ford Explorer SUV and the Nissan Xterra. The awards are intended to recognize vehicles for their innovation, design, safety, handling, driver satisfaction, and value.File:Ford Explorer.jpg

Honda also unveiled its latest model the Fit, a US version of the Honda Jazz sold in nonUS markets. The Fit comes with a 109 horsepower engine, antilock brakes, six air bags, fold flat seats, full iPod connectivity, 90.1 cubic feet of passenger and cargo space, and 33 mpg for the city 38 mpg for the highway. A sport package will also include Honda’s first steering wheel mounted paddle shifters. The car will go against another two new Japanese subcompacts, the Toyota Yaris, Nissan Versa and will have to wrestle away sales from the category’s current top seller Chevrolet’s Aveo.

The car will start selling in April for around $13,000 to $14,000 as a 2007 model. The company plans to sell 33,000 units of the hatchback in 2006.

Many automakers expect industry wide sales in the US to be between 16 and 17 million units. Honda, which is Japan’s third largest automaker, hopes to gain US market share with the redesigned Civic and the Fit. Honda hopes that the company’s auto sales will rise 4% this year. The fuel-efficient Civic helped increase US market share to 8.6 percent last year, some of those sales were taken from Ford as gas prices rocketed to $3 a gallon. The US market is extremely important for Honda as it receives 64% of its operating profit from the US.

Snail Serum Induces Cellular Regeneration To Support Its Powerful Effect In Skin Regeneration Treatments

Acne scars are really the undesirable next phase of an already unwanted problem. Acne is the first phase, and afterwards a scar remains to consistenly remind you of that experience. It is helpful to know a bit more about the different types of acne to understand the different types of scars. What determines the type of scarring will be the type and severity of the acne. Of course the best way to treat scars is early one before they become to the point where a scar will form. However if that does happen, rest assured as there are proven treatments that will improve their appearance with the possibility of complete removal.

The Basic Definition of Acne

How the unwanted process of acne begins is with dead skin cells and skin oil blocking one’s pores. Once the skin pores are not allowed air to enter them from being blocked in this manner, acne breakouts result. The first degree of acne breakouts are mild and resemble what are popularly known as whiteheads and blackheads. A degree of acne one step more severe are papules and pustules. As any teenager can most likely tell you, these are respectively the red inflamed pimples and the red pimples with white centers. What is considered to be the severe forms of acne are nodules, cysts and lumps. Acne scars are left behind from this type of acne. What unfortunately is the other large reason acne scars form is because people pick at their acne.

How Then to Treat Acne Scars

The aftermath of acne can be a red or brown discoloration. Acne spots or hyperpigmentation are the terms for this condition. With time they fade without any treatment necessary. Rolling acne scars are those with a gradual dip or a recession to them. Resembling what appears would be an ice pick poking holes along one’s face, ice pick scars are narrow and deep. Scars that have angular edges are called boxcar scars. It is important to know that before any treatment of acne scars, it is necessary to have your acne condition under control.

The severity of the scars is what determines the best acne scar treatment to use. For the less severe your doctor might suggest the treatments of chemical peels or microdermabrasion. For acne scarring that is more serious, there are additional treatments that are better suited for these conditions. One of these treatments is laser resurfacing. It will remove the top layer of the skin while it tightens the middle layer. The result is smoother looking skin. Local anesthesia is carried out throughout the procedure with a 3 to 10 day recover time necessary afterwards. How the process of dermabrasion works is with the skin being sanded down by the application of a wire brush or a diamond wand toolThe process of dermabrasion requires that the skin is sanded down by way of a brush or a spinning diamond tool. The healing time afterwards is two to three weeks and a smoother layer is the result. Acne scars that are even more deep have available to them treatments that are more abrasive. However before anyone goes to this level of treatment it is avised to consult with your dermatologist.

ACLU President Strossen on religion, drugs, guns and impeaching George Bush

Tuesday, October 30, 2007File:Nadine Strossen 5 by David Shankbone.jpg

There are few organizations in the United States that elicit a stronger emotional response than the American Civil Liberties Union, whose stated goal is “to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to every person in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States”. Those people include gays, Nazis, women seeking abortion, gun owners, SPAM mailers and drug users. People who are often not popular with various segments of the public. The ACLU’s philosophy is not that it agrees or disagrees with any of these people and the choices that they make, but that they have personal liberties that must not be trampled upon.

In Wikinews reporter David Shankbone’s interview with the President of the ACLU, Nadine Strossen, he wanted to cover some basic ground on the ACLU’s beliefs. Perhaps the area where they are most misunderstood or have their beliefs most misrepresented is their feelings about religion in the public sphere. The ACLU categorically does not want to see religion disappear from schools or in the public forum; but they do not want to see government advocacy of any particular religion. Thus, former Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore’s placement of a ten ton monument to the Ten Commandments outside the courthouse is strenuously opposed; but “Lone Ranger of the Manger” Rita Warren’s placement of nativity scenes in public parks is vigorously defended. In the interview, Strossen talks about how certain politicians and televangelists purposefully misstate the law and the ACLU’s work in order to raise funds for their campaigns.

David Shankbone’s discussion with Strossen touches upon many of the ACLU’s hot button issues: religion, Second Amendment rights, drug liberalization, “partial-birth abortion” and whether or not George W. Bush should be impeached. It may surprise the reader that many ideas people have about the most visible of America’s civil libertarian organizations are not factually correct and that the ACLU often works closely with many of the organizations people think despise its existence.

Candidates make campaign stop at trade fairs ahead of 2008 Taiwan Presidential Election

Friday, November 9, 2007

Thursday, November 8, two trade shows, named MEDIPHAR Taipei at the Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) and Taipei Audio Video Fair at the TWTC and The Grand Hotel, opened in Taipei, Taiwan. Some politicians and government officials chose these events as an opportunity to promote their parties and campaign-coalitions ahead of the 2008 Taiwan Presidential Elections.

From the incumbent Pan-Green Coalition, President of the Republic of China Chen Shui-bian, Premier of Republic of China Chang Chun-hsiung, and spokesman for the Executive Yuan Jung-tai Cho visited the two shows successively and were innundated by Taiwanese media. President Chen avoided answering questions on the hot topic of commodities prices, addressing only those about the medical industry development, overseen by Sheng-mao Hou, Minister of Health.

From the Pan-Blue Coalition, 2008 vice-presidential candidate, and former Premier, Vincent Siew participated the opening of the Taipei Audio Video Fair at The Grand Hotel. He criticized on the economy policy and remarked: “The ruling party [DPP] doesn’t have a good track record, and some industries weren’t be supported in timely manner so that they lost some opportunities. I sincerely hope the government can appropriately assist the audio and video industries in marketing good brands and products to the world.”

Also, current Democratic Progressive Party legislator Wang Shih-chien was invited to give a violin performance and sing a Taiwanese song. The events at the Taipei World Trade Center proved to be quite a platform for the candidates running in the 2008 Taiwan Presidential Elections.

Macomb, New York Councilman Steve Burke took some time to speak with Wikinews about his campaign for the U.S. Democratic Party’s 2016 presidential nomination.

Burke, an insurance adjuster and farmer, was elected councilman in Brookhaven, New York in 1979. He left the town after being accused and found not guilty of bribery in the 1980s. Since 1987 he has served as Macomb councilman off-and-on and currently holds the post. From 1993 to 1996 and 1999 to 2002 he worked as chairman of the Democratic Party of St. Lawrence County, New York. Among his many political campaigns, Burke unsuccessfully sought the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination in 1992 and recently attempted to run for U.S. Congress in 2014 but too many of his ballot petition signatures were found invalid. Property Data

Property Management Rentals Track The Numbers Every Month

byAlma Abell

Time is both a blessing and a curse. In the pursuit of more investment properties, more time with family and more money, there comes this duality between outsourcing certain things and keeping other actions close to home. Property management is one of the largest single steps in outsourcing tasks, largely because property management companies do so much. Finding a quality property management company is a large commitment, but one worth pursuing.

Being a landlord seems so easy on the surface. But if done poorly or without the proper set-up, it can become a full-time job. The landlord with ten properties and nine bad tenants knows this all too well. Part of the appeal of property management is building a good working relationship with the tenant. Furthermore, property management is a necessity when juggling multiple properties, because it allows for time to open up for the landlord. A landlord can commit to other tasks, leaving the details to a professional firm.

Record Income and Expenses

For tax purposes, as well as simple budgeting, a management firm dealing with Property Management Rentals, will track all expenses and income. They do this through everything from backed up receipts for purchases made to expenses for fixing a property. This is an essential step in validating what they are doing, as well as tracking these smaller details on a monthly basis. The data is broken up into reasonable time-frames. This will allow property owners to look it over even where it cannot be easily buried in the close of the year accounting.

Turnovers

Property Management Rentals will work on those seamless transitions as one tenant leaves and another comes on board. This is one of the most worrisome areas for a landlord. It opens the door for unexpected repairs from a tenant that remained hush on certain concerns with the property. It also means finding a new tenant, which is time-consuming. When a tenant leaves, the management firm will often draw up a report of the exact condition of the rental unit. They will make repair suggestions to increase rent rate and keep the property a competitive option for potential tenants.

It can be difficult for a landlord to let go of many tasks in handling their property. But, too much control can be a curse, and opening up to others in the day-to-day activities can allow for more time. Get in touch with us for more details.

US Justice Department to withdraw Stevens charges

Wednesday, April 1, 2009

The United Stated Department of Justice has asked for corruption charges against former Alaska Senator Ted Stevens to be dropped because evidence was withheld from the defense team by the original prosecutors. The Justice Department has stated that they will not retry Stevens.

In a statement, US Attorney General Eric Holder said, “After careful review, I have concluded that certain information should have been provided to the defense for use at trial. In light of this conclusion, and in consideration of the totality of the circumstances of this particular case, I have determined that it is in the interest of justice to dismiss the indictment and not proceed with a new trial.”

Stevens was convicted in October on seven felony counts of lying on senate disclosure forms about gifts, largely in the form of free renovations to his home, received from an oil service company; his conviction is thought to have been a large factor in his November electoral defeat to former Anchorage mayor Mark Begich, the current junior Senator from Alaska. Stevens immediately appealed his conviction and has maintained his innocence.

The prosecution case has met with a number of procedural difficulties, with US District Court judge Emmet G. Sullivan holding the prosecution in contempt in March for failing to turn over documents concerning an FBI whistleblower’s reports of mishandling of the case. The Justice Department has since replaced the case’s prosecutors, and the allegations of misconduct have held up sentencing from the original convictions.

The filed papers indicate that notes were never turned over from an interview that has the oil contractor estimated the house renovation for far less then he specified at trial.

The original trial team was removed, but in the end Attorney General Eric Holder thought it would be best if the case was dropped. NPR’s source indicate that Holder wish to forcefully transmit that prosecutorial misconduct will not be tolerated. The trying prosecutors are under investigation by the Justice Department for their conduct in the matter.

Stevens, now 85, served as Alaska’s Senator from 1968 to 2009.

Suspect in Kenosha, Wisconsin protester killings released from jail on US$2 million bond

Sunday, November 22, 2020

Kyle Rittenhouse, the suspect in a shooting of protesters in Kenosha, Wisconsin, United States that left two people dead, was released from a Wisconsin jail Friday after his lawyers posted US$2 million bond.

His lawyers had reportedly set up a drive to collect donations for the defendant. His sister made public requests for assistance in raising funds for her brother’s bail. Shortly after Rittenhouse’s release, one of his lawyers posted a photo to Twitter showing him and actor Ricky Schroder standing next to each other and smiling.

A resident of Antioch, Illinois, Rittenhouse is accused of crossing state lines and shooting and killing two people who were participating in demonstrations protesting the shooting of Jacob Blake. One other person was injured in the altercation. Rittenhouse’s charges include intentional homicide and illegally possessing a firearm. If convicted, Rittenhouse could receive up to a lifetime prison sentence.

Rittenhouse was not old enough to own or possess a firearm in the state of Illinois at the time of the incident. He claimed to have obtained his weapon by having an older friend purchase it on his behalf using stimulus money Rittenhouse received from the state during the coronavirus lockdown. A suspect in Wisconsin has been charged for allegedly providing the weapon to Rittenhouse.

Rittenhouse turned himself in to authorities on the morning following the shooting, and his lawyers have claimed the defendant acted in self defense. Court Commissioner Loren Keating said he considered Rittenhouse a flight risk, prior to setting the US$2 million bond. Rittenhouse, in remarks to The Washington Post, contended he would have died had he not been armed that night. Some conservative groups have come to Rittenhouse’s defense regarding the incident.
